Oven Roasted Shrimp with Lemon & Garlic
Ingredients
2 pounds (12-15 or 16-20 count) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2-3 tablespoons good olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 lemons, sliced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, toss the shrimp, garlic and 2/3 of the lemon slices with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and the salt & pepper.
Arrange the shrimp in 1 layer on a rimmed sheet pan, ensuring that the lemon slices are spread evenly throughout. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, just until pink and firm and cooked through. Serve alone or over gluten free pasta or rice.

We really wanted fried seafood tonight but hubby and I are just tired out so thanks for the easy recipe! I always get a handful of shucked oysters and they are small so throwing it all together! Thanks a bunch. I think I will put the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic and just let it warm before, then the oil will be infused with the garlic!

I always thought it was the fat girls that came up with the better recipes you know cuz they like to eat but that's not the case with her. Can you imagine what nerve you'd have to have to try to pass this off as a recipe with her peeled and deterded Chinese shrimp from Walmart and her l" good" Aldi olive oil. You know she went off camera and dip that shit in ketchup
If you added butter, would it burn with such a high heat?
