Lamb rump pieces on the left, with lamb suited spices plus chicken/veg broth and bit of pork gelatine. Rest is pork shoulder pieces with same broth but pork suited spices.
I’m so in love with the jelly that I made test batch of 1/3 of the meat, rest will be JELLY!
