Hi Laura. First, I would like to say that I love all your recipes! But, I have noticed that your video ingredients differ from the printed version quite a bit. The inconsistency is frequent. For example, on the Teriyaki Skewer recipe, your video says Apple cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar, but the printed recipe says lemon juice. So which one is correct? Could you make adjustments so that your videos mirror what your printed recipes say please? Thank you so much! Youβre the best!!!

In the ME we donβt like sugar in food or marination, just viniger salt and OO.
I am puzzled by something. Why do most YouTube chefs use an inferior cut of beef? I use a tenderloin or a filet that I have cubed. It canβt be cost as none of the beef is Kobe or some other expensive cut.

Laura, I love this particular recipe because you can brush the marinade on the kebabs, however I cannot find this exact recipe. The teriyaki beef skewers on your website is different. There is not near as much soy sauce as this recipe. Can you please post this recipe?
