The salad dressing is a mixture of red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano and garlic.

Ingredients:
1 tomato
3 persian cucumbers
1/4 red onion
½ red bell pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
3.5 oz kalamata olives
1/2cup parsley
6 oz feta cheese

Dressing
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
black pepper
salt

    Made this and soup and bread for dinner i omitted the bell pepper because i forgot them at the store and i just got back but this dressing minus the dijon was excellent i used a hearty pinch of oregano in my dressing so delicious…always my favorite lunch or dinner…my mouth is watering for it and i had it for dinner and my late night snack the 8ngredients are so healthy how can you go wrong…thank you for posting i made it right along with video pausing for chopping and washing veggies. English cucumbers are so delicious this time of year.

    Some original Greek music would have been nice, when making a dish, that's so much GREEK… (by the way, the music is TERRIBLE, I don't even see the video to the end, cause of that)
