I used Impossible meat grounds for the base of the loaf. I pretty much winged this by doing some random bits and pieces from different recipes lol so sorry for not having the best breakdown. I mixed in eggs, spices, crackers and a splash of almond milk. Made small loafs instead of a big one since I’m meal prepping it. Baked at 350F for about 35 min, then added my glaze and baked for another 10 min. Glaze was a mixture of ketchup, honey mustard, brown sugar and spices to taste. If you make it I hope you enjoy!
