Arby’s promoted a “ghost pepper burger.” Was supposed to have ghost pepper cheese, jalapeños, etc. Branded as the hottest fast food burger, but Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich was twice as hot. I was really disappointed

The last time I fell for it was with some sort of ghost pepper potato chips. Good pepper flavor but no actual heat.
The only thing, besides real hot sauce, I’ve found to be truthful about being spicy is the Paqui Haunted corn chips

With all these companies jumping on the spice bandwagon, 90% of them seem to just put all of their effort into making eye-catching labels and very little effort into delivering on what those labels say.
I don’t even think they market test this stuff.
All I got to say to these companies is that your just trying to cash in, that’s completely understandable, but come hard and heavy or don’t show up at all.

Pour some Mad Dog 357 in your Bloody Mary and that should do the trick.

As a fan of both bloody marys and very spicy things. I would never want a bloody mary to be as spicy as a ghost pepper is supposed to be. The cocktail is supposed to have kick, not have lasting burn.
