Breakfast: Cottage cheese pancakes, morning star sausage links, 50/50 maple & 0 cal syrup, a boujee coffee chipped in another 100 cals to this meal…

Lunch: 8 oz. zesty ranch non fat Greek yogurt dip, veggies & plantain chips, Olipop was 50 cals added.

Dinner: 2 slices of pizza, an ounce of leftover zest ranch dip thinned out with some water added 20 cals and a little protein too.

Snack: this make at home boba tea kit I recently purchased at Costco. The boba itself was not great, going to try and find some tips online before I try making again. Classic milk tea flavor and my son had mango peach 🙂
