Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 pinches cayenne pepper, divided, or to taste
2 pinches garlic powder, divided, or to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
3 large eggs
2 cups panko bread crumbs

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Combine flour, 1 pinch cayenne, 1 pinch garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.

Whisk eggs in a second bowl.

Combine panko bread crumbs with 1 pinch cayenne, 1 pinch garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another shallow bowl.

Dip chicken thighs into the flour mixture, followed by beaten eggs, and then into the panko mixture. Transfer to the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until coating is golden and chicken thighs are no longer pink in the centers, about 40 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

  1. YUM ME! I put the panko in the small mixer with about equal amount of shredded coconut. Give it a trym and let me know:)

  2. I like to use a 50/50 mix of panko crumbs and crushed Saltine crackers (or just the the saltines). Then hold the salt in the panko. That light spray of olive oil makes all the difference. Great video!

  3. That looked like a LOT of cayenne! πŸ”₯ But that’s ok-this recipe seems pretty customizable! I’m gonna try it tonight!

  4. I poor all 3 in in a bag 2 per bag and then put on a rack saved time same out come liked your vid so true about cost savings why the chicken industry has not blown up thigh prices is truly Good and I'm an agnostic so there you go.

  5. This Chicken Have Much Flavor?…The Breading Was Barely Seasoned (Outside That LOAD of Cayenne)…Takes Longer Than 40 Mins
