  1. When done correctly, the mighty meatball is hands down the worlds best hot sandwich. I emphasize when done correctly😋!!

  2. I live in NJ, but I'm giving serious consideration to driving to Indianapolis to try this meatball sub.

  3. Looks awesome! I'd order mine with mayo on the bread first, both sides, and then lots of black pepper. Then do the rest exactly as he finished it.

  4. Never split the roll in 2, and scoop one side of the roll to create a trench for the meatballs to sit in!

  5. Funny it's always him eating and never cooking.
    Oh that's right,
He grenaded his restaurant into failure my bad 🤔

  6. It really annoys me he always eats the food when it’s so hot? How can you even taste it? Just use the magic of television to taste it when it’s cooled down. He’s always fighting with the heat ??!! Non sensical

  7. That’s the only way to put a meatball hero together. Melt the cheese on the bread separately, then add the meatballs. Nice job buddy

  8. or…purchase frozen meatball (pre-cooked) and heat to manufacturer's instruction. Then, mix into them your favourite marinara sauce (Prego, Ragu, whateva') and then take some of your favourite baguette style bread but before adding the meatballs, layer both sides with provolone cheess and then sprinkle with a generous amount of parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for a few minutes at 400°F (lazy meatball sandwiches)
