Is it me or is it hello fresh? Hard pieces of plastic, only found when chewed 🥴

For the third time tonight I bit down on something hard while eating hello fresh. Well, I did once before some months back and then the second time we discovered the piece before eating.

Now my question is, is anyone else finding clear hard bits of plastic in their hello fresh in Australia???

Or is it me? After the 3rd time I started to wonder if it is something in my kitchen but all utensils, rangehood and anything else in and around the kitchen is intact and not missing anything.

Please put me out of my misery and tell me what this is and why it keeps happening 🙏
