Yum but I would replace the onion and chilli with tinned tomatoes and mushrooms. Love the idea of egg over the bacon.

So I've just woken up after a heavy night of drinking. Seen this, I'm going to try and pull myself together and make this Sandwich.. however, first off all I need to clear up this dribble.
come now– this is NO EGG SANDWICH. All that dead pigs strips, all that cheese, ends the "egg" part of the sandwich. you can call is "juicy girl" sandwich, but this is NO egg sandwich

900 to 1000 calorie sandwich being promoted as a good idea by a fucking woman that is carrying an unborn child. Synthetic goo that you address as cheese, nitrites, food additives and bread that isn't even whole grain. Is that why you don't bother to give any nutritional data or are you just unable? I guess when you don't care about the people you are trying to get money from you can suggest they eat anything. Maybe it was just bad parenting but I bet that isn't the case, more like people trying to get something for nothing… but bad advice.

Just made this for myself, but I swapped the bacon for chorizo and the jalapeno for a red chilli. This might just be the best breakfast I've ever had.

it’s also really good if you fry some sliced bell peppers and green chili’s in balsamic vinegar, pear Gorgonzola and strictly Louisiana hot sauce. I also put pepperoncinis for extra texture sometimes
I went and bought the hot sauce. It was so hot. I bought another one it was Serrano pepper hot sauce. I haven't build up myself to try that one yet. I'm trying to find one I love though. Your sandwich looks so good though Claire!! I'm going to have to try it!!
Instead of flipping it, you would be better to put a lid on the pan so you don’t bust the yolk
