I was asked to make a cherry Bubly themed cake for a 50th birthday. I debated a few different ideas but decided I would give the anti gravity thing a shot. It’s a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream outside. Vanilla buttercream, semisweet ganache, and whipped white chocolate ganache filling.
