Chicken.
Spicy green Ben.
Jasmine rice.

Recipes:
Chicken: patted dry and lathered up with olive oil 😉 and then seasoned with The Salt Lick – Garlic Dry Rub. Pan fried over medium high heat in a pan with a little bit of avocado oil. Flipping a couple times. Take out of pan, cover in tin foil on cutting board for like 15 mins to rest. I then cut the chicken up into bite size pieces and toss in a bowl and add a bit of bbq sauce and mix it up. This is probably the best way to cook chicken breast IMO. Comes our juicer than grilled and or baked chicken breast.

Green beans: trim ends off, toss in a bit of olive oil with salt and pepper, toss in pan at med/high heat, cook till they soften then add in copious amount of minced garlic, hot sauce of your preferred choice and a little ponzu. Stir around and cover for a bit.

Jasmine rice: 2 cups rice (rinsed), 2 cups water, little bit of olive oil and salt. 4 min high presser in instant pot and 15 min natural release.

Looks delicious! See, that’s the kind of prepped lunch I could eat a lot of times in a row without getting tired of it.

Looks great! How did you season the green beans?

I actually had never heard of ponzu till you mentioned it. Now I’m thinking that might be more to my liking than plain soy sauce (though sometimes, plain soy sauce is exactly the flavor I want). I’m gonna have to give ponzu a try
