Learn to make homemade Greek Tzatziki. Tzatziki makes a healthy dip for pita bread, vegetables, grilled meats. A great spread for gyros, wraps and sandwiches.
Great for a quick breakfast, lunch or snack. Can travel well in a thermos for school lunch or picnics.
Very easy and versatile recipe.

Definitely a recipe to add to your repertoire.

I highly recommend refrigerating for 3-4 hours or overnight before eating, the flavors will be more blended and delicious.

Ingredients:
1/2 english cucumber
1 1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh dill
salt to taste

  3. wrong recipe ,half recipe, the original traditional tzatziki is strained yogurt full fat, lots of garlic which gives the uniqe taste and some burn, salt to almost salty taste, wine vinegar for acidity,no dill cause it covers everything else, pure olive oil, what you showing here is a load of crap
