These when finished sit on a basement shelf. I’ve never had any problems. Curious to the thoughts of people with experience.

    Oof. There’s a lot of simple and tested pickled pepper recipes that are easy, I’d just toss this version and use one of them instead. Just water bath can them, this is unsafe.

    Yeah! Ran into one last week from the recipes that come with my pre-planned meals. I cut it out…hanging on the fridge 👍👌👍😁.
