Hey foodies, today I made a quick tuna pasta salad! You can literally make it in under 15 minutes, perfect for work! 🙂 Quick and easy lunch meals are important especially if there’s no left overs from the night before.

Here’s what you’ll need(serves 4/5):
2 tins of tuna
2 cups mayonnaise (gradually add more if you need to)
1/3 cucumber
1 cup lettuce
1/2 red onion
1 spring onion
1 tbsp fresh lemon / 1/3 fresh lemon juice
2 cups boiled pasta

Seasonings:
1/2 tsp salt (to your taste)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika

Here’s another cold pasta recipe! Perfect for work:

  1. THIS is what i was looking for. thank you so much i've been having trouble with finding any good tuna pasta recipe without cream. this is the easiest and most flavorful tuna pasta i've found yet <33

  2. Hey. I love this. Quick question, so you didn’t cook the veg or seasonings? I’ve never done that before, is that safe? 😅

  3. Do you wait for the pasta to go cold before putting it in? Run under cold water?

  5. Great recipe, I feel like cherry tomatoes would add some nice sweetness.

  7. How long can this be stored in the fridge if tomato and mozzarella cheese is added in the mix ?
