
Hello. I’m new to this whole canning/pickling thing.
So, about 6 months ago I had made a brine made of apple cider vinegar, distilled white vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. It’s been sitting on the kitchen table for the entire 6 months, unopened. Also, as you can see in the picture this is not a jar but rather a reused juice bottle. The top is sealed but again it’s not a traditional jar. Is it still good to use?
