    how long do you usually wait for the rice to absorb the broth? When I added it when it looked dry, the rice was undercooked…

  6. Regarding that seafood dilemma. From my knowledge you never serve fish or seafood in general in combination with cheese. They usually don't mix well.

  7. Laura, I love watching your show but I've seen conflicting information on several video's. The Risotto and Lobster episode comes to mind you said, "Never eat Risotto with a spoon and you use parmigiano with that Lobster dish." But you tell us in this episode that you don't use parmigiano in seafood Risotto? Keep up the good shows. I've been watching a long time and the quality of your shows keep getting better and better.
