Dialing in a bbq brisket sandwich that is designed to be put in the fridge and eaten hours later and still has a nice texture.

First sandwich is

Mister brisket bbq brisket with sautéed red onions and garlic with honey, pepper, maldon salt, and sherry vinegar with cole slaw, auricchio provolone, honey cup stoneground mustard, and thinly sliced bubbies pickles on an on the rise ancienne baguette

Second sandwich I made a couple of versions because I really liked the roasted leeks and shiitakes with the bbq brisket

Mister brisket bbq brisket sandwich with goat cheddar, bubbies pickles, cole slaw, and roasted leeks and shiitake mushrooms cooked with coriander, gochugaru, honey, kerrygold butter, sherry vinegar, maldon salt, and 10 cracks of pepper on rye served with terra garlic and herbs chips for above average crunch

Third and fourth sandwich are pretty similar but the sauce is different

Mr. brisket bbq brisket and cold Cleveland kitchen gnar gnar kraut sandwich on a catamount cheddar and Comte melted, pickle juice, zatarins hot sauce, and el Yucatán hot sauce smothered ancienne baguette

I think the second sandwich is the most refined one cuz the bread didn’t got soggy cuz I left space between the edges.
