Easy to make flaming cheese.

Use cheese wedge – Kefalotiri or Kefalograviera.
Moisten under tap water a few seconds.
Cover in plain flour.

Cook over medium to hot olive oil for 2.5 mins each side.

Splash a shot of brandy and Opa!!!

Enjoy.

  1. Thanks mate, you just can't beat the Greek food. My best mate is Greek but unfortunately he's a terrible cook especially when we have a few beers . I'll make this next time.
