Ingredients:
– 200g chickpeas
– 200g nonfat greek yogurt
– 1 clove garlic
– 10g peanut butter
– 1 lemon
– salt, cumin
Guacamole
Macros: 367 Cal, 28C, 22F, 24P
– 1 Avocado
– 200g nonfat greek yogurt
– 50g tomato
– 25g onion (1/2 small)
– 1 lime
– salt
Tzatziki:
Macros: 231 Cal, 16C, 0F, 42P
– 400g nonfat greek yogurt
– 2 cloves garlic
– 25g cucumber
– 1/2 lemon
– salt, pepper

Nice recipes, kinda of similar to the cucumber one I do Fat free, Garlic, Dill, and pickles instead of cucumber + a bit of pickle juice. Not so much a dip but more a salad dressing
If u want to make tzatziki don't add lemon, instead add vinegar. Also if u don't have cucubers, u can make it with carrots too.
I've now tried these, and I really like them a lot! Tons of protein, and I don't think there is a big compromise in taste. I'm really looking forward to more dips recipes!
How do you calculate per serving or is this all for 1 serving ? I am trying to add guacamole to anabolic tacos thanks ๐๐ผ
