I was washing it and it slipped out of my hand, I thought from not that high up but I guess physics disagreed.

  1. There are probably other fractures that will make themselves apparent when it heats up so I don’t think this is safe to keep using

    Lid probably no longer seals well enough to keep the heat in, I would toss it and rather not risk more cracks or food borne illnessp

    Drill some holes in the bottom and make it a planter.

    Also, you will never be able to get the porous surface clean again.

    Go to goodwill, you’ll be able to find a replacement vertical cheap. Don’t mess around with your food safety.

    If that’s the crock pot I think it is, you can get it at Walmart for $15 or less. Not worth the risk.

    Too much steam will escape underneath the lid at the crack, rendering the crockpot useless.

  11. where are you? I literally have one in the car to drop off at Goodwill.

    I’m going to go against the group and say super glue that bad boy back together and see how long she lasts, assuming it was a single clean break.
