Not pictured: a can that didn’t seal and my teenagers proceeded to eat directly out the jar 😆 I’m waiting for the second batch to fully cool before I take the rings off. Out of 16 jars 2 didn’t seal but I’m sure it was something I did. My second time canning!!

I’m also in love with pressure canned chicken.
Just don’t can too much, make sure to eat within 1.5 to 2 years as quality lowers with time.
That’s for everything, not just for chicken.
I love canned chicken! So much cheaper and tastier than store bought. I buy thighs when they’re really cheap. Freeze some and can some
