i F25 started a vitamin regimen for the first time ever today. i’ve always suspected i had low iron and i experience fatigue so this is what im starting with. also the activated charcoal for my ibs (taking before bed). for some reason i feel much less hungry today than usual. it’s actually odd. i guess proper nutrition you wont crave food so much.

Have you been tested for any deficiencies? You really should not just start taking random supplements (especially iron) unless you have a known deficiency. The multivitamin is probably fine but I would not start taking any of those other supplements without talking to your doctor first. If you’ve been having persistent fatigue that is also something that you should be discussing with your doctor.
