Following, also trying to find a good tool to start crushed tomatoes

It’s a knock off of the original “sauce master” and hell YES use it. I just made 22 quarts/pints of tomato juice and stewed tomatoes using it tonight. (Not for the stewed) but with the courser grater it’s perfect for salsa. Has made our tomato and apple processing 200% faster.

Absolutely… this is what it’s made for. The picture, however, shows the berry screen in place. If you have others to choose from, use the medium screen

Oh yeah , I just made my sauce a couple weeks ago … I grabbed a vitantonio sauce maker over the summer and compared to the inexpensive plastic one I had last year this thing is really a pleasure to use … the sauce comes out smooth and it’s really not as messy as the other one I used.

    Good luck !

  6. Yep, have one very similar.

Although, I cut the handle end off mine so I could Chuck my drill to it. Beats the hell out of hand cranking. Especially if you have a lot of tomatoes to do.

Yes! Mom has this contraption that is specific to her Oster Kitchen Center. She only breaks it out for tomatoes lol. But it makes it so easy!

Yes! However, if you are serious about it and using 200-300 lbs of tomatoes, get the electric version.

I use for Grapes, blackberries, raspberries, salsa and pumpkin.

I helped my granny juice tomatoes exclusively for nearly 20 years with a juicer just like this one. It’s perfect for it. Quick tip, running tomatoes through once may not get everything. I recommend running them 2 or 3 times to get every bit of juice out.
