
Here’s my Reaper Asiago sourdough. It’s easily my favorite sourdough bread. My reapers are particularly good this year so I cannot get enough. It makes an unreal blt.
For the bread nerds. I do 5% wheat 80% hydration fermented 18hrs. I normally do 24 to 48hrs, but rushed this one along because of work so the structure isn’t what it could be.

WooHOO. Looks so good. I would dip those slices in scrambled eggs and make a type of spicy french toast with that bread (no powdered sugar).
Needs a nice slice of generic pepperjack cheese on it. /S
In all seriousness, that looks awesome. Spicy grilled cheese with that sourdough would be delicious.
Oh man, I need to make some this week. It looks amazing, and it’s time to feed the sourdough anyway.
