Honestly? Keep a thing of Fage 0% Greek yogurt around and mix it with whatever hot sauce you’re in the mood for. It’s like a much healthier sour cream and it’s super versatile (You can also put some over fruit and honey for a yummy breakfast)

Sometimes when i eat pizza rolls it’s like hot sauce sampler time. I like to put a different one on each.

Melinda’s sauces are amazing and SPICY! I am so sick of mass-market “spicy” stuff that tastes like ketchup. My “spicy” bbq sauce has barely any spice 🙁
