The lids sealed, I’ve since removed the rings, but the water makes me think something leaked. Did something go wrong here? Would love some help.

Siphoning happened. It’s normal to a certain extent. Two things: always make sure that your rings are fingertip tight when you put your jars into the canner and when your processing time is complete take the lid off of the canner, turn off the heat, and let them sit for 5 minutes before you take them out.
