1-2 Cornish hens. At least 1 cup of chicken broth. Season with Greek seasonings to taste. Add capers and Kalamata olives, chopped onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Add 2 squeezes of lemon and a bit of lemon zest. Add a teaspoon (or desired amount) of butter. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
