  1. I was wondering that, too. I guessing that you take a slice of tomato & cheese and there you are. I hope! Looks delicious which ever way you eat it. I love tomatoes!

  2. that dish represents the italian flag, right?
it's gorgeous ! i love mozarella in combination with tomato and basil or dried oregano <3

  3. I always eat my caprese salads with balsamic vinegar, simply because it was how they served it to me first. If anything, try both and see which one you enjoy better!

  4. This might just be me but I've found that having a caprese salad with balsamic vinegar is better suited if you're having the salad for dinner and without it if it's during lunch or a quick snack. I love them both!

  5. my mother does something like this but she cooks em in the oven <3 Think she got the recipe froma magazine or something but you can do this and cook em its really good ๐Ÿ˜€ And then drizzle some balsamic vinegar over them.

  6. We are gonna love this! I have cooked several of your recipes and so far they have all been a hit in this house. Thanks

  7. Hey Laura! Loved your video. A couple things that I like to do with my caprese salad is salt the mozzarella cheese before I plate it, and also try not only using extra virgin olive oil, but a balsamic reduction sauce. Its really really good.ย

  8. Delicioso! The panini version is tasty too. So fresh! Where did you find that fresh basil? I grow mine in my backyard and the leaves are half that size. I've never seen any that large anywhere! Yum๐Ÿ˜‹

  9. Look at how young you are in this video! ๐Ÿ™‚ Just a baby & so beautiful! Still are, but even more so here & I think it's because less make up. You have natural glow & beauty here & don't need a lot of make up to accent your natural beauty. ๐Ÿ™‚

  10. No Balsamic?! I've made Caprese about 1000 times now, in all sorts of ways, like a few times per week for years, and Balsamic is definitely the key.

  11. Too much salt and oregano. good olive oil , almost ripe tomato. fresh (young) bascilcum, buffalo mozzarella, salt, pepper, amore!

  12. I only use Italian recipes from real Italians – and that's you. Thank you. Delicious, and the video is superb.

  13. Not to be that guy but I saw this in part 4 and wanted to make this like a year ago but forgot to look for it and it slipped my mind, thanks Laura.

  14. I ate a Caprese salad once, it made my elbow itchy, and after I scratched it there was so much skin it was to size of a softball, then the chef just took it into his kitchen.
