Of the Lao Gan Ma I’ve tried, ‘Oil Chili Condiment with Mushrooms’ > ‘Chili Oil with Fermented Soybeans’ > ‘Spicy Chili Crisp’. To my knowledge, ‘Peanuts in Chili Oil’ isn’t distributed in the US.
