Shrimp and feta pasta is an easy and wonderful Greek dish. You need some pre-cooked shrimp, feta cheese, onions and garlic. Shallow fry the onion and garlic in some virgin olive oil. Throw some ouzo in there and follow with tomato puree, a stock cube, and water. Season with salt, oregano, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Let the sauce reduce for 15-20 min and add the shrimp and feta. Simmer for another 10′ and then pour on pasta.
