  3. Free advice. If you make your own chickens soup or stock DO NOT throw away those tips. They're flavor bombs that can be frozen and be used

  4. No need to add oil! The wings leak a ton of fat and they stay juicy! Rapid cooking is best to keep the crunch on the outside and moist on the inside. I broil mine for 15 min per side on the top rack! Seems intense but fast and always tender!

  5. Made these! Coated the wings with corn starch and spices. Crispy crispy!!
    Then toss in a bowl with the sauce
