The fact that they had you crisp the fish skin and then throw it away was insane to me. I ate them and honestly probably could have left it on the fish and just not let it get submerged and thus soggy in the sauce.

Overall this was just ok. It tasted mostly like fish in creamy salsa to me. They really skimped on the rice for a dish that had a lot of sauce to soak it up.
