Heat up a tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Fry the beef until fully cooked. Remove from the pan. 4. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. 5. In a large pot sauté the green onions and garlic for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Add the noodles and sauce and mix together. 6. Serve the noodles topped with the beef, chopped peanuts, green onions, sesame seeds, and cucumber sticks.
