Two new 1-stars: Kappo Sato and Restaurant 20 Victoria.

20 Victoria is very deserving of a star. Great to see.
Can’t understand how Alo isn’t considered 2 star though… I’ve had meals there better than several 2-3 star restaurants in other cities/countries. Makes no sense.

Did Michelin just start covering Toronto?

Was at Enigma as they were announcing this. A restaurant wide glass of bubbly was had as they retained their one star. Wonderful dinner and the star is well deserved.
