If you get two sets of these shelves, you can make three half height shelves (or two half and full) by daisy chaining them together. I did that in a small workshop so I would have room to swing materials and not to block a window. Little harder to assemble, because the shelf order across racks matters.
I mention this because I think you’re be better off with at least one more shelf on these posts to split up the weight of those jars. You could get the stuff we see off the floor and then transfer half a line of bottles from each of the other shelves. Is the short stuff on the left because of a sloped ceiling? Half height shelves should fit under there, using up most of the spare parts.
