Is it healthy? No, but CICO makes it easy to fit in my favourite treats while still reaching my goals!

Ate a full package of the Pillsbury pumpkin shaped sugar cookies, and made a tuna salad served over cauliflower rice. The tuna salad helped keep me full the entire day!

    I know it wasn’t healthy at all but I cut down almost the same amount while still eating pizza, kebabs, sweets and everything in between.

    At the end of the day if you don’t care about staying muscular, you really can eat everything as long as you stay within your daily calorie allowance.
