Thought you guys would appreciate this — a grilled cheese birthday cake, grilled and assembled by my husband for this birthday girl who doesn’t like sweets. For the purists, yes they are actual grilled cheeses — some with little slices of jalapeno, but otherwise just a mountain or cheesy goodness.
