I am wondering the same thing. I get lunch at Taco Deli every now and then and I usually peek in to Phoebe’s and it doesn’t seem like much is going on. Additionally I would think there would be a crew in there working during the week.

I think that corner spot is cursed. I was hoping Phoebe’s would be the one to break it because that Cajun place that was there before was just truly, truly disappointing. I would love a new breakfast option in my ‘hood but I gave up on Phoebe’s a couple months ago.
