Smoked 1 hour at about 250, then charred over the fire. Definitely making this one again!

    3 lbs tomatoes (half roma, half vine-ripened) /
    3 jalapeños /
    2 serranos /
    1 white onion /
    7 cloves garlic /
    Cilantro /
    Lime juice (2 limes) /

    Smoked everything but the limes and cilantro for 1 hour at 250 degrees over post oak and maple wood, then charred over the fire. Let cool and blended with cilantro and lime juice, added salt and pepper to taste.
