Looks amazing. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
I picked that feta straight away, and what a marvelous way to finish this recipe, though ……. perhaps a little sour cream and parsley as well? What do you think? ( Sorry mate, but I cannot help but change whatever I am served up ). This will become a regular event. It's so easy!

Mr. Ken. Ain't it called Mashed potatoes?
I want some Greek Oregano…looks very good π¬π·β£π¬π·β£
O. M. G. These are my favourite potatoes. A Greek restaurant near us makes the most amazing lemon potatoes. They are so addictive I order extras every time we get take away from there. And NOW I know how to make them! I didn't think they'd be complicated, but I wanted to be sure of exactly how to make them.
I'm going to need more EVOO soon. Do you have some in stock?
Plus the oregano. I can't get authentic Greek oregano here. You know, you'd think a city the size of Kingston would have better selections of ethnic foods. The only Greek grocery closed years ago. And forget the grocery stores.
So I shall have to rely on you and (I'm not sure if you've heard of her ~Diane Kochilas) for my authentic ingredients. I very much like her cooking show too. She tends to present as more a teacher of Greek cuisine/culture and it sometimes feels a little too classroom, if you get my drift. I love the show, don't get me wrong.
Now you~you are showing us how to do the cooking as well as teaching too. But~ Not as a teacher first, cook second per say. More like a home cook who goes through ingredients, explains as if he's teaching just his family. I like your approach more tbh (and no I'm not buttering you up). Her's sometimes feels a little like> "there'll be a quiz, so pay attention!"
Thanks for this recipe Ken.
