



This is an intriguing breed with the barley like texture. Absolute fun to chew.
Mild sweetness. Good for cooking fried rice or with some soup. I put the rice into the red crab shell and soak with the juice. Adorable!
In response to those who asked about individual breeds, I am going to introduce hundreds of indigeneous rice.
Rice(쌀) as a grain and rice(밥) as a cooked food as well.
