Hi Dimitra, can you help me, when I was in Cyprus my friends used to take me to these really hard to find family restaurants, one had the most amazing rabbit tavas and another used to do my favourite which was roasted baby potatoes tossed in olive oil, garlic, lots of juice and chunks of lemon and coriander seeds, they served it with Ambelopoulia ( Which I hated the thought of..) but as I was a friend, of a friend they quartered a chicken and cooked it with the potatoes.
    I tried recreating it once, or twice and never got it right… Do you happen to know this? Please say yes and put it up for everyone to enjoy.

  5. One Thanksgiving my mother's Greek friend invited us over for dinner. She made almost the same recipe as you did only she added SWEET POTATOES along with the white potatoes. It was fantastic! I've been making it like that ever since! Happy Thanksgiving Dimitra!!

  6. I literally making these tomorrow with salmon. I was at the market and saw these little potatoes and of course my Greek mind said "make lemon potatoes" Thanks for the recipe.

  7. Does baking uncovered at such high heat (450F is same as max on temp on my deep fryer) splatter the oil in the oven?

  8. Not being Greek but love to eat the food with another couple so Greek is it at least 3 times a year. And wanted to tell you that your potatoes were the hit of our dinner, its on the main menu now dear!!
