Saw that the mini jars arent meant from preserving right after canning them so they were moved to the fridge right after cooling.

  2. Are you using the syrups for flavouring drinks? I’m wondering if you had to acidify the rambutan? I’ve never heard of home preserving it (have only seen it sold in cans).
