    is it better to bake the zucchinis for more flavour or it doesn´t make a difference?
    the besciamel sauce is tastier with milk or chicken stock ?
    which wine you use?
    which other spices will you recommend?

  9. Αυγολέμονο χωρίς αυγά! Bechamel sauce with lemon is an excellent replacement! 🙂 I'd also substitute the meat with mushrooms and chickpeas – for complete protein – although, that's not how the dish is prepared traditionally. I'm trying to veganise your recipes. I hope you don't mind 🙂

My question is: when I lived there in Greece, and when I was going to eat stick souvlaki this come with lemon sauce. The best I have ate. This video here is the same lemon sauce in all Greece???
