  1. Made this today and just added a red onion to the tomato roast to give it a kick! I then strained the soup after mixing for a nice smooth consistency. Amazing recipe!

  2. By accident if first purreed the whole thing and afterwards put the chicken stock in , and my soup had zero flavour. I need to redo this recipe

    I am very picky when it comes to my tomato soup. So I figured I should make my own and I’m in love with this version. (It’s really the only one I’ve done. I found this one to be the most wholesome to make at home without any caned goods!)

    I’ve done this recipe a couple of times now and I’m still in love. I’ve added red bell peppers and it has turned out very tasty as well.
