Smash the chickpeas in a bowl
(add the following condiments if possible)
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Grounded black pepper
1 tsp Aromat
1 tsp Oil
Then grab ur garlic and make it as small as possible and mix it with the cottage cheese (if you have a blender use it to save time)
Add 1 tsp of salt and oil (you can save the cottage cheese mixture up to a week if stored in a container in a fridge!)
Then put the chickpea mixture on the tortillas
Slice the tortilla vertically and horizontally so you will have 4 slices.
Heat up the pan with 1 tbsp of oil and put in the tortillas (chickpea mixture om the bottom)
Let cook on medium heat for 6/7 minutes. Then flip and cook on low heat until the tortillas are browned.
Put tortillas in a plate and add the cottage cheese garlic mixture + the rucola and its done.
