We grow jalapenos, smoke (with cherry wood) and dehydrate them to make home made chipotle powder. We use this to make Cherry Chipotle Jam that we use to make BBQ sauce and use as a glaze for pork tenderloins and loin chops. Good Stuff.

Made a half batch here because I didn’t have enough sugar. Got 4 pints. Water bath.
