  1. En papillote (in Paper) is a fantastic way to prepare a meal during the week when you don't have a lot of time to cook and prep. You can grab all your ingredients on the way home from work, prep for 10 minutes, cook for 20 minutes. Serve with bread or rice and that's a satisfying meal that takes less time than take out delivery. (and cheaper too)

  2. Wait another minute there Harry Potter we hate another minute did I just see you rinse the boiled broccoli and tap water? Is that what I saw another? Let's all read this again together

  3. I love the no BS way he does his videos. Here's what we're making, here's how we're making it – let's go!

  4. Wait a second did he just poached the fish wrapped with plastic? Ain't that bad because of microplastics and other chemicals?

  5. Fantastic. The monkfish was great, easy and new. Liked the combo presentation style. No frills or extraneous rubbish

  6. Very good as everyone says but fish is really expensive. Don’t agree with him about lemon sole; Dover sole for me every time but l bought one recently and it was over £20. You would need a second mortgage for that sea bass unless it was farmed. And then it’s really not as good as wild. Tastes the same but the texture is flabby, like farmed salmon

  7. I made this fish. Please season first with S/P, thyme, garlic, tblsp butter, oil, then roll, and dill made it bitter. Sprinkle with smoke paprika and lemon wedge.

    Thanks , GR.

  8. Didn't expect a top class chef to wrap food in plastic and put it in boiling water. I like him, but this disappointed me.
Aren't people aware of harmful chemicals present in plastic? Just because it doesn't melt, doesn't mean it doesn't emit carcinogenic compounds.
A top class chef needs to cook healthy food, not just make it look delicious.

  9. his cooking style is blustering so looks fresh and capturing the ingridents' nature taste. I like the camera work of the video as it's suitable of the cook's style.

  10. Season, salt, pepper, olive oil and basil, your food recipes are not even a contender for us Asians it sound and looks really bland probably more suited for dave and Karen.

  11. This joker might be a Michelin star chef but all those dishes look and probably taste like crap none of those fish are fresh
